Biography

Anurakt Jain is an Analyst in Draper Fisher Jurvetson's India office.

Prior to joining DFJ, Anurakt was an Associate with IndusView Advisors, a start-up boutique financial advisory firm. His work at IndusView included deal assistance in M&As, capital raising and corporate strategy projects. Prior to IndusView, Anurakt was with Inforte, a US-based Information Technology consulting company, where he worked in the Business Intelligence domain of SAP-BW.

Anurakt is on the Advisory Board of Astia India, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to foster the full participation of women in entrepreneurship. He is also a volunteer with Dakshana Foundation, a not-for-profit organization aimed at imparting world-class education to under-privileged students in India.

Anurakt has completed his Bachelor of Technology from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Delhi, and is a NTSE and EROSE scholar. He has also cleared all three levels of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program from the CFA Institute, and is awaiting the award of his charter.
