Biography

Ben joined Element in 2008.  He has experience in entrepreneurship, investment banking, and investing

Prior to Element, Ben worked closely on business strategy, market analysis and business development with two companies in the Boston-area: Biomass Commodities Corporation, a solid biomass fuel distribution company; and GreatPoint Energy, a company focusing on the gasification of carbon-based feedstocks. As an associate in the investment banking division of Citigroup Global Markets, he spent time in both the telecommunications and Latin America advisory groups.  Ben has also worked in equity research with MFS International and with Tata Capital, analyzing private equity investments in the Indian infrastructure sector.

Ben earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
