Biography

Carlo joined Element in 2008.  Prior to joining Element, Carlo was an Associate at The ComVest Group, a private investment firm focused on providing debt and equity solutions to middle-market companies.  He also spent 2 years as an analyst at Inverness Graham, a private equity firm making control and non-control growth equity investments with a focus on technology enabled manufacturing. 

Carlo earned a B.S. in Finance and Management from Tulane University.
