Biography

Jason joined Element in 2006. Prior to joining Element, Jason was a senior business analyst at A.T. Kearney in New York, where he consulted Fortune 500 companies in the utilities, consumer goods, and technology sectors on growth strategy, product development, and customer profitability issues. At Element, Jason is involved in all aspects of the investment process, from deal sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities to ongoing support of portfolio companies.

Jason earned a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
