Biography

Joe Jackson is an Analyst with Draper Fisher Jurvetson.  Before joining DFJ, Joe worked in business development for Double Fusion, a startup focused on in-game advertising.  Previously, Joe was a Management Associate at IDG, a worldwide leader in technology media, research, and investing, where he reported to the CEO and to the SVP of Online.  Joe has also held technology management and software development positions at JP Morgan, Maxtor, EMC, and Caliper Life Sciences.  Joe has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a certificate in Mind, Brain, and Behavior from Harvard College.  At Harvard, Joe co-founded Harvard Media Ventures, a student-run media company, and developed the business plan for Myomo, a medical device startup, for which he and his team won the grand prize at the MIT $50K Business Plan Competition.
