Biography

Nick Efstratis is a Managing Director  with Epic Ventures.  He has been a venture capitalist investing in early stage technology companies for the past 8 years.  Prior to joining Wasatch Venture Fund, Nick worked in the Business Development Group at Excite and was a founding member of the management team of NetDocuments.  Nick and his family are the founders and operators of RanchLife Adventures, a working cattle and guest ranch located in Montana.  He has a B.S. in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Accounting/Economics from Brigham Young University.  His M.B.A. is from the  Marriott School at BYU.

Nick is responsible for the oversight of the following Epic portfolio companies:  Tricipher, Medsphere Systems, Lignup, Mozy, Bungee Labs, The Generations Network and SmileReminder.
