Biography

Nitin joined Element in 2007. Prior to joining Element, Nitin worked as an Analyst at Lazard Freres, where he focused on restructuring and mergers & acquisitions of companies within the energy, telecommunications, and automotive industries. Prior to joining Lazard, he worked as a technology consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Nitin also spent time at Xerox PARC, and Credit Suisse. At Element, Nitin is involved in all aspects of the investment process, from deal sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities to ongoing support of portfolio companies.

Nitin holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science, from Cornell University.
