Biography

Spencer Pearson is an analyst with EPIC and focuses on much of the due diligence and research for new deals.  Prior to joining EPIC, Spencer worked at Zions Bank in the Commercial Real Estate Department where he was an underwriter for commercial real estate loans and analyzed company financial statements, management experience, and performed projections.  Spencer received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Utah.  During his experience at the University he also was an Associate for the University Venture Fund, where he collaborated with national venture funds to research companies and management teams, as well as develop pricing structures and projections. He also was a portfolio manager in the University's Student Investment Fund where he performed analysis on individual stocks and the overall market conditions.
