Biography

Steven Lee is a Venture Partner and a founding member of Athena Technology Ventures. He currently heads the US investment team of STIC International, a global venture capital fund investing in the US, China, and Korea. With over 13 years of experience working with software, semiconductor, and hardware systems startups, Steven acts as an advisor to Athena on the technology evaluation of potential portfolio investments, as well as proving insight on the emerging trends and standards in a number of areas related to communications and computing.

Steven received his BS and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering, and holds a US patent in the area of internet-based audio transmission. He is currently serving on the board of directors for BinOptics, Plato Networks, Playspan, and Provade.
