Biography

Steve joined Element in 2009. Prior to joining Element, Steve spent 3 years at Endurance RE, focusing on industrial property acquisitions and upgrading the portfolio to become EnergyStar compliant. At Element, Steve supports the CFO with financial administration, accounting, and reporting to limited partners.
Steve is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in Economics, cum laude, and has studied economics abroad at Cambridge University, England.
